LGBTQ+ Affirming Therapy
Many LGBTQ+ people come to therapy carrying the weight of feeling misunderstood, unsafe, or unsupported in past relationships, families, or systems. This can show up as anxiety, self-doubt, difficulty trusting others, or feeling like you have to hide parts of yourself to be accepted.
Moonbow Mental Health is a space where you don’t have to explain or defend your identity. You can slow down, talk openly, and be met with understanding and respect.
J has experienced firsthand how hard it can be to find a therapist who truly gets it and started Moonbow Mental Health so others wouldn't have to go through that same search. They appreciate how important it is to have a space where you can show up fully as yourself without question or judgment.
